Location: the hotel was just off an alley from the main ' beer street ' Ta Hien, the center of the Old Quarter and hoan kiem lake. We had goodies and coffee at The Real Kangaroo Cafe, it was located not very far from the venue. We enjoyed rooms with comfy bed. Climate control, a personal safe, and a fridge turned out to be good.

Concon House truly lives up to its motto, "a little secret in Ha Noi". I loved my stay here. If you're looking for a quieter, well-designed, artsy, kind, and less touristy place. Tucked away in a little alley close to Ta Hien , the architect did a wonderful job making the most effective and elegant use of the narrow space. the design feels airy and fresh. Unlike many other hotels in the Old Quarter where some rooms have no or only internally facing windows, each room in Concon House has multiple windows overlooking Ha Noi. Being able to have a draft come through the room is a real plus. the view from the Lake View Sunny Room was amazing, especially as the bed is placed in such a way that you can see Ho Guom while laying down. I felt that someone had put a lot of thought into every design choice. the room is super clean, the bed really comfortable, and everything feels incredibly well-crafted. the atmosphere, interior design, and lighting in the lobby are very low-key and inviting, a perfect place to hang out, chat. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with any requests. It was also a good location to explore neighboring cities like Ninh Binh, Sapa, and Ha Long.
Nothing at all.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! It's a super cosy boutique hotel with a luxurious vibe and stylish decor. The location is jaw-dropping, within walking distance to the lively Beer Street and night markets. There are plenty of amazing cafes around for a delicious breakfast, and it's only a short 15-minute walk to Train Street. The wifi connection is excellent throughout, and I loved the wood elements that reflect Vietnamese heritage. The lobby is a cosy shared space for hanging out or getting some work done. The kitchen has a water dispenser for refilling bottles, which is a genuinely environmentally friendly touch. The hotel is tucked away in a little alley, giving it a local vibe, and I enjoyed seeing the local family next door. The rooms have coffee and tea bags, and the shower and toilet are in separate cubicles with toiletries provided. this place is a fantastic choice for an amazing stay in the heart of the city!

Concon House is a comfortable hotel with a homey vibe. Most of the hotel has a modern touch and is furnished with wood - which we really loved. The staff at the hotel are accommodating and helpful, and they even helped us with organizing a day tour. The location is great as it is not noisy and there are street food - coffee shops, and beer nearby.
Strongly recommend.

loved our stay at this little secret in hanoi. perfect location, artsy design, and incredible views from our room. the bed placement was genius, allowing us to see ho guom while lying down. the owners were kind and went above and beyond to help us with a medical emergency. exceeded all expectations during this crab fest!
Noise from outside disturbed our sleep.

The staff gave me all the "practical guidance" they could, especially when I asked them for restaurant recommendations and they shrugged. Priceless advice!
Oh, and they forgot to mention how noisy the night life was. Sweet dreams!

We recently stayed at Concon House and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is centrally located in the heart of the old quarter, right next to beer street. Despite the central location, it is tucked away on a quiet back street, providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere. the hotel has a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors and finishes. the shower and bed were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One thing we loved about Concon House was the extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They offered amazing local recommendations for food, making our dining experiences truly memorable. the hotel also prioritizes safety and security, as you can only access the premises with a key card or with assistance from the staff.
Nothing!
